As our HR Manager, you’ll execute our strategy in order to create an inspiring and well-structured HR playground and lead the HR operations. You’ll design, optimize, and lead our people processes, from recruitment to offboarding, and lift our employee experience to the next level. You’ll partner with leaders to make Chordify an even better place to work, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent.
You
- Have 5+ years of HR work-experience in Dutch organizations
- Have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills (Dutch & English)
- Have proven experience in recruitment and HR operations, with a focus on process improvement
- Have excellent knowledge of Dutch labor law and the ability to translate it into practical solutions
- Are proficient in setting up HR systems and data-driven decision making
- Are located in the Netherlands

What you will do
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Design and implement an end-to-end recruitment process that brings great people to Chordify
- Manage job postings, screening, and interviews in collaboration with hiring managers
- Build and nurture a strong talent pool for current and future needs
HR Process Optimization
- Evaluate and improve HR processes for efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction
- Optimize our employee performance and rewarding strategy
- Streamline onboarding, development, and offboarding processes for a smooth employee journey
- Keep HR policies up to date with Dutch labor law and industry best practices
Employee Experience
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and learning programs
- Contribute to shaping and improving our employee benefits and reward programs by sharing insights on internal and external trends
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people matters
- Help create a workplace culture where people feel valued, supported, and empowered
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Design HR and recruitment KPIs, identify trends, and share insights with leadership
- Use data to fuel people related decisions and continuous improvement

- A gross monthly salary of €3800 to €4800 (excluding 8% yearly holiday allowance and based on a 40 hour work week) depending on your skills, expertise, and experience
