Be part of progress: Join ASML and Help Simplify Wafer Alignment Functionalities

Introduction to the job

At ASML, we push the boundaries of technology to enable groundbreaking chip manufacturing. In this master’s graduation internship, you’ll help simplify how our internal users access wafer alignment functionalities—critical for maintaining nanometer-level precision in our scanners. These functionalities are currently used across different tools and teams, making integration complex. Your work will help streamline access and improve diagnostics.

Your Assignment

You will explore how to host wafer alignment functionalities as a service within ASML. Your tasks include:

  • Investigate the different requirements and possible solution options within ASML’s infrastructure
  • Design and build a proof of concept for wafer alignment functionalities as a service
  • Create user interfaces for internal testing and feedback
  • Collaborate with stakeholders who rely on wafer alignment tools
  • Document technical requirements, user feedback, and system limitations
  • Present your findings and recommendations to the team

This is a master’s graduation internship for a minimum of 5 months, minimum 4 days per week (3 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as of February 2026.
