Your Assignment

As an intern within HR Well-being, you will provide all-round support to our Well-being team. Key deliverables include:

  • Assisting in organizing activities, events, and meetings
  • Updating websites
  • Creating presentations
  • Handling questions from employees and managers

This is an internship (non-thesis) with a minimum duration of 5 months. It requires an investment of 3-5 days per week, including a weekly office day in Veldhoven. The internship is set to start on the 19th of January or the beginning of February.

Your profile

To be a perfect match with this internship, you:

  • Are a bachelor or master student in HR, Psychology, or a related field
  • Are passionate about health, lifestyle, and well-being
  • Are proficient in English on a professional level (C2)
  • Feel comfortable in a high-tech environment
  • Are proactive, independent, and have a hands-on mentality

The hiring team would like to ask you to send over 2 examples of your work (alongside your CV and motivation letter): one written document and one presentation/slide deck. Both documents can be anything that you consider relevant examples of your own work (including individual university projects).

Other requirements you need to meet:

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship
  • Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation explaining why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular
  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. If you are currently living or studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter should include your willingness to relocate.
  • If you are a non-EU citizen studying in the Netherlands, your university must be willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
