Be part of progress: Join ASML’s Sourcing & Procurement (S&P) Organization

Introduction

ASML’s Sourcing & Procurement (S&P) organization ensures the timely and cost-effective availability of materials required to build our cutting-edge lithography systems. This team manages all inbound and outbound flows to and from ASML factories worldwide, enabling efficient operations and supporting our ambitious time-to-market goals. Within S&P, the centralized logistics team plays a critical role in coordinating intercompany shipments, securing material availability, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. These activities include supporting new product introductions, managing tooling and material flows, and facilitating reuse through harvesting processes. By optimizing these complex supply chains, the team helps ASML deliver world-class technology to customers without delays.

Your Assignment

As an intern, you will support the team in improving and executing centralized supply chain processes, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, global environment. Key deliverables include:

  • Assist in daily operational execution of intercompany shipments and material flows.
  • Support master data maintenance and reporting activities.
  • Analyze supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
  • Contribute to process documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Learn and apply best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

This is a (thesis) internship for a minimum of 6 months. It requires an investment of 24-40 hours per week, out of which 3 days per week are onsite in Veldhoven. It is set to start in February 2026.
