Introduction
Our Customer Support team plays a critical role in ensuring ASML machines perform flawlessly at customer sites. We analyze and consolidate issues ranging from design and supplier challenges to logistics and technical problems. With this data, we drive solutions across ASML. By tracking disturbances, communicating with internal teams and customers, and improving processes, we help maintain operational excellence.
