We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with a combination of deep technical expertise, business acumen and strong interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for building the next generation of the global FrieslandCampina Salesforce platform. As an integral member of the Scrum team, you are responsible for designing and further developing the Salesforce solution across FrieslandCampina business groups. You will become a part of the Salesforce Center of Excellence which is currently supporting 500+ key users from different business groups. You will be in charge of the design, development & implementation of Salesforce applications and also be optimizing and sustaining the efficiency of the Salesforce ecosystem.

What we ask

To succeed in this role, you should bring in a solid technical and functional skill set including:

  • 5+ years of work experience working as a Salesforce developer.
  • Good experience across various Salesforce clouds (Sales, Marketing, Service, Community and Force.com Platform clouds etc.) and lightning components.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce technologies (standard offerings, custom development, integration, etc.).
  • Extensive working experience in defining, implementing and enhancing Salesforce solutions.
  • Good experience in Salesforce configuration and implementing CRM systems.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications to support the experience.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, HTML, CSS and JavaScript (incl. lightning web components) is an advantage.
  • The ability to balance business needs with creative technical solutions against considerations of time and cost.
  • Experience working with Generative AI and Agentforce is a plus.

  • Salary between €4,400 and €6,300 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time).
  • Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 5% year-end bonus, 10% bonus, and a pension.

Vacancy Description

Being an integral member of the Scrum team, you are responsible for designing and further developing the Salesforce solution across FrieslandCampina business groups.

Your tasks involve both functional and technical aspects:

Functional Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and be a reliable partner for stakeholders – strong business acumen is essential.
  • Interact directly with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to refine requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized Salesforce applications, integrations with our ERP system, and interactions with other internal and client Salesforce instances.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, legal, finance, marketing, product development, and operations to ensure Salesforce functionality and performance supports internal needs.
  • Untangle complex pricing requirements (tiered models, custom models, units of measure, procedures, etc.) and define Salesforce-based solutions to support them.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Design data model, user interface, business logic, and security framework for both standard and custom Salesforce-based applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Communities, Einstein, B2B Commerce Platform, and Marketing Cloud).
  • Application development, administration, and deployment, as well as management of Salesforce environments and their integrations with other platforms (e.g. SAP).
  • Build Salesforce solutions leveraging Apex, LWC, Visualforce, process automation, etc.
  • Build integrations with third-party applications leveraging Salesforce APIs.
  • Work with vendor partners and ensure Salesforce best practices and design principles are adhered to.
