Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

As our Senior Business IT Analyst, you will be centrally leading this domain, this role will navigate the expansive CRM universe for FrieslandCampina, steering through the complexities of 7 Business Groups (different business models like B2B, B2C, B2B2C) and 11 distinct Salesforce implementations. Expertise for this role is not just pivotal; it is the driving force behind optimizing, aligning, and consolidating these organizational demands and challenges in their commercial business process and aligning them with the overall IT Commerce and business strategy. As the custodian of CRM domain, the influence needs to resonate across the company, shaping the process and technological landscape to harmonize with our business aspirations.

What we ask

  • Minimum 10 years of work relevant experience
  • Bachelor's or recognisable degree in a quantitative field (such as computer science, IT or relate discipline);
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in CRM, with an emphasis on Customer 360 strategies
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into end-to-end, efficient commercial business processes.
  • Ability to achieve standardization and harmonization across a variety of business groups and business models.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Salesforce.com being the core CRM technology platform in FrieslandCampina
  • Strong ownership and agility to be a single point of contact for a multi org Salesforce environment
  • Experience with managing senior management stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Vacancy description

IT Strategy & Execution

  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction through comprehensive CRM solutions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's business processes and goals in the CRM domain.
  • Formulate and execute strategies for optimizing the Salesforce CRM ecosystem to meet organizational objectives
  • Support prioritization of innovation / change in cooperation with Technical Product Owner and business owners.

Multi-Org Management:

  • Navigate the intricacies of 11 Salesforce orgs, harmonizing their functions to create a unified, customer-centric ecosystem.
  • Create and execute the Org strategy optimizing and consolidating the current landscape with an alignment to the business model and objectives.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, with a specific focus on Customer 360 needs.
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable strategies for unified customer oriented business processes.
  • Ensure project and product (agile) delivery teams work within a unified and standardized process and technology framework.

Data Management:

  • Institute robust data governance standards, guaranteeing the integrity of customer information.

Service Delivery & Solution Expertise

  • Manage ongoing support of solutions deployed to commercial teams
  • Govern vendor to deliver committed services and report service levels
