  • Influence – Work cross-functionally with our product, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and analytics teams to land key initiatives

We're excited about you because…

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, banking, technology, or related experience; high-growth or early-stage startup experience and experience leading a team are a plus
  • You're analytical and dig deep to understand a problem, using both quantitative and qualitative data; SQL experience is a strong plus
  • You have an ownership mentality and are excited to think about problems using first principles, inspiring action to create the future
  • You lead from the front and inspire followership across levels and functions
  • You communicate early and often and can distill complex topics into a summary for stakeholders at all levels -- both written and verbal
  • You can build a plan to hit your goals and consistently operate with focus and drive
  • You have experience in launching finance, tax, and/or reporting products for customers
  • You have experience managing teams and driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
  • You have a bias for action, are energized by ambiguity, and take ownership from start to finish
  • You’re naturally curious – You always look for ways to innovate and improve
  • You’re a problem solver – You approach problems from first principles and thoughtfully challenge the status quo
  • You’re analytical – You rely on data to guide decisions, and are comfortable pulling your own data in SQL or modeling in Excel.
  • You’re persuasive and a relationship-builder – You communicate clearly and effectively, adapting your style to collaborate and build alignment across teams and levels.
