Bachelor/Master Internship: Legal Compliance

Assist in reviewing and refreshing the compliance program for PACCAR Financial.

For our Compliance department, we are looking for an intern who will assist with various tasks. As an intern, you will be responsible for supporting the compliance manager in his daily tasks.

• Writing and publishing compliance procedures / Schrijven en publiceren van compliance procedures
• Developing compliance audit programs / Ontwikkelen van compliance auditprogramma’s
• Developing compliance monitoring programs / Ontwikkelen van compliance monitoringprogramma’s
• Executing compliance audits / Uitvoeren van compliance audits
• Set-up a compliance library / set up SP site for compliance / Opzetten van een compliancebibliotheek / opzetten van een SP-site voor compliance
• Communication with the foreign subs / Communicatie met de buitenlandse vestigingen

Jouw profiel

We are looking for an enthusiastic HBO/WO student who is pursuing a degree in the field of MER or Law (University) and has a good understanding of building an audit program.

• You are familiar with Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• You are hands on and can think creatively.
• You have the ability to deliver your work with accuracy and have a good understanding of the English language.

Afdeling

The compliance department is part of PACCAR Financial Europe and is located in Eindhoven. PACCAR Financial Europe is the captive leasing company for financing DAF trucks and is also responsible for the remarketing of the DAF used trucks.

The department plays a leading role in supporting the central PF office and the various PF subs in the European countries on all relevant compliance topics. The central compliance manager is based in Eindhoven and in all PF subs a Local Compliance champion is appointed. In some of our countries where we have bank license, we have a full time compliance officer.

The central compliance manager has a functional line to all PF compliance officers and has also a functional contact with DAF legal.
