Grow and Expand the Telco/Media Vertical with Salesforce
Our Netherlands Enterprise Account team is currently searching for an experienced Executive to help grow and expand our Telco/Media vertical.
You'll be a highly energetic and dynamic Enterprise Account Executive with in-depth knowledge of SaaS technology and value-based solution selling. In this role, you will be responsible for a small number of existing enterprise accounts, focusing on upselling and cross-selling additional Salesforce products into line of business and C-Suite.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with current customers as a trusted digital advisor to deeply understand their outstanding company challenges and goals.
- Collaborate with customers on the Salesforce Platform to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organisations.
- Contribute to our business as a valued member of our Ohana.
Required Qualifications
- Account Planning and Strategies: Establish plans to achieve sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying opportunities.
- Research and Discovery: Uncover a prospect’s current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses.
- Solutioning: Identify compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions.
- Customer Communication: Interact with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using a variety of communication methods (writing, speech, presentation) and tools (whiteboarding, Google Slides, Zoom).
- Resource Application: Continuously run toward results using the full capabilities of available resources and tools.
- Team Selling: Align with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.
Qualifications
- Experience as an Account Executive in the technology industry, with a proven record of success in identifying, developing, and closing deals in the Telco/Media sector.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce solutions, with the ability to articulate their benefits and applications to potential customers is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels, from technical guides to business decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure new business and expand customer relationships.
- A results-oriented attitude with a passion for driving growth and achieving ambitious goals.
- A positive, can-do approach to activity that drives energy and enthusiasm across the virtual team.
- Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
