ASML’s EUV Factory (EF) assembles, tests, and installs cutting-edge lithography machines that enable next-generation semiconductor manufacturing. With a diverse team of over 2,000 employees, EF is undergoing a major transformation to evolve its processes toward high-volume production. As part of the Value Stream Strategy & Transformation team, you will help energize our workforce through impactful engagement events that connect over 300 colleagues to our long-term ambitions in People, Quality, Cost, and Delivery.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to combine creativity, communication, and organizational skills in a dynamic, global environment, while learning how large-scale change programs are executed in a world-leading tech company.

Your assignment

• Coordinate logistics for large-scale strategy deployment events.
• Assist with communications, invitations, and event materials.
• Support on-site operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Suggest improvements to event planning and communication processes.
• Collect feedback and analyze insights to refine future events.
• Collaborate with the program manager and communication manager to standardize reporting and communication methods.

This is a bachelor or master (thesis) internship for a minimum of 5 months, 4–5 days per week. You are expected to work 2–3 days on-site in Veldhoven. The starting date is set for February 2026.

Your profile

• You are a Bachelor or Master student in Communications, HR, Facility Management, Business Administration, Leisure & Event Management, or a related field.
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Are creative and proactive, with attention to detail.
• Are proficient in English and skilled in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel and PowerPoint).

Other requirements you need to meet:

• You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship.
• Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular.
• You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter should include the willingness to relocate.
• If you are a non-EU citizen studying in the Netherlands, your university must be willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
