We’re looking for a Senior Designer within the Brand Building Team. Your mission is to elevate, refine, and expand our brand guidelines, turning them into a clear design framework that guides how Sendcloud shows up across all marketing and product channels.

You’re someone who thrives on clarity and consistency, a true brand guardian who knows how to translate strategy into stunning design systems and creative output. We need someone who’s not afraid to take charge, inspire and provide guidance to the design craft, and set the standard for what “on-brand” means at Sendcloud.

This role combines creative thinking with hands-on design expertise to ensure consistency, innovation, and impact across all branding and marketing initiatives. This creative role is tailored for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and scale-up environment, consistently delivering innovative and effective visual content.

As a craft lead you ensure our visual identity shines through every touchpoint of the customer journey.

What You Will Do In This Role 🧐

• Brand Guardian: Own and evolve Sendcloud’s visual identity. Sharpen our existing brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all customer touchpoints.
• Creative Frameworks: Develop clear design systems and frameworks that guide the use of creative assets throughout the entire marketing funnel.
• Creative Production: Align and produce digital and print assets, including motion graphics, videos, social content, advertisements, and web design elements.
• Campaign Collaboration: Design impactful campaigns that elevate our presence in the B2B e-commerce space.
• Studio Production (nice to have): Make use of our fully equipped studio to produce marketing content that captures our brand’s personality and story.
• Agile Workflow: Manage multiple projects efficiently, delivering top-quality creative work within 2-week sprints.

• You have a high standard for creative excellence.
• A confident design manager who can balance creativity with structure. Able to always see the big picture.
• Someone who loves collaboration, but isn’t afraid to take the reins when direction is needed.
• Positive, proactive, and passionate about building a strong, unified brand experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in a dynamic agency or in-house brand studio, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design, motion graphics, video production, print and creative concepting.
• Excellent working knowledge and fluent in the adobe creative suite for content creation - After Effects, Premier Pro.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma; familiarity with Canva is a plus.
• Strong video editing and motion design skills, preferably with experience in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.
• Skilled in crafting interactive elements that enhance user engagement and amplify campaign success.
• Capable of working independently or collaboratively, adapting to diverse creative requests and challenges.
• Your brain is wired for design, typography, and storytelling – basically, you’re a visual poet.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• An eagle eye for detail – nothing gets past you, not even a pixel out of place.
• You get bonus points if you’ve wowed the B2B world before.
• A very big plus if you know the ins and outs of AI.
