A brief overview

Huispedia is growing its team of creatives on a mission to unlock the housing market in the Netherlands, to allow people to move on with their lives instead of being stuck.

We are looking for a Product Designer to work on UI/UX across our platform, make decisions with the rest of our technology team, and drive at large problems impacting millions of people in the domain of the housing market.

What you will do

• Take broad and ambiguous problems and turn them into delightful products. We will empower you to create innovative solutions that will impact the national housing market.
• Work closely with the other designers and software engineers to shape and iterate on product features across web and mobile.
• Proactively spot problems, taking the lead where needed and actively engaging with the rest of the team to bring design-thinking to Huispedia.
• Further improve our core design assets, such as our brand identity, our design system, and our design libraries.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an individual contributor in a product design team.
• Self-starter attitude: you have the ability to take initiative and manage your own projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem solving skills, you are able to handle complexity and are able to strike the balance between quality and moving fast.

Nice to have

• You have experience working in fast paced environments such as start-ups or scaleups.
• You get energy from owning the full design process, from first sketch to polished feature/product.
• You’re curious about AI tools or automation in the design workflow.
