KLM aims to become the most data- and technology-driven airline in the world. Digitising our processes, modernising our systems and architecture, and positioning our operational staff correctly are crucial to achieving this ambition. As a business product analyst, you will contribute – directly or indirectly – to a well-oiled organisation and unforgettable flights.
A business product analyst supports the IT product team in realising the maximum value potential of the product. You ensure that the product is maintained and built according to the correct requirements, stimulate user adoption and realise changes in business processes. You help us to continuously improve the value of our products. In addition:
You will be working at Platform Ground within the CHIP team, together with colleagues in Amsterdam and Budapest. CHIP is an indispensable tool for handling Passenger Services, Baggage Services and Apron Services. The system plays a crucial role in daily operations by assigning tasks to the right personnel at the right time. These tasks are directly related to the handling processes at and around the airport. Because operations are heavily dependent on CHIP, you and your team will contribute to a reliable and future-proof system. You will also contribute ideas about smart and future-oriented ways to bring CHIP to the cloud.
Platform Ground is part of Data & Technology and supports colleagues on the platform, in the baggage hall and in the departure hall with smart IT solutions. By improving existing products or developing new solutions, we ensure that they can do their work as efficiently as possible.
Our department has an innovative culture. Among other things, we have a Hack Week, focus time for Learning & Development, and we are part of the BPA Community of Practice.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive professional with the necessary knowledge and experience in understanding and improving business processes. As a result, improvements and business requirements are translated into technological developments. Does this sound like you?
