Jij & je talent / You & your talent

• Je beschikt over een academisch werk- en denkniveau in Computer Science, waardoor je complexe technologische uitdagingen vanuit meerdere perspectieven kunt analyseren en innovatieve oplossingen aandraagt die de toekomst van business lending vormgeven. You possess an academic level of working and thinking in Computer Science, enabling you to analyse complex technological challenges from multiple perspectives and propose innovative solutions that shape the future of business lending.
• Je hebt minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in de IT-sector, waarvan drie jaar in het datadomein, waardoor je datagedreven beslissingen kunt nemen en abstracte data kunt vertalen naar concrete businesswaarde. You have at least five years of experience in the IT sector, including three years in the data domain, which empowers you to make data-driven decisions and translate abstract data into tangible business value.
• Ervaring met HR-verantwoordelijkheid. Experience with HR responsibility.
