Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam hotel is one of Amsterdam's oldest and finest five-star hotels. This beautiful building dates back to the 17th century and is located on the banks of the Amstel River, in the historic heart of Amsterdam. Our hotel is monumental and offers a classic contemporary look. We work in a small team and know each other well. We have a lot of personal contact with our guests and because of our small size we help each other in all departments to achieve that extraordinary guest experience.

Your Key Contributions to Memorable Stays
In this position you will learn everything that is needed for a great career in the kitchen. You prepare dishes according to recipe, you prepare orders to be passed on by carrying out à la minute cooking activities, portioning and garnishing according to established instructions with regard to ingredients, recipe, working methods and external presentation. In short, a challenging place to learn everything about the kitchen at a top location, where every day is a new adventure!
