As a Logistics Analyst, you will enable the logistics domain to improve in all steps of the supply chain based on quality, costs, productivity, and time (takt time, lead time, etc.) by making root cause analyses, enabling the business to create real-time dashboards by developing source datasets. These analyses can lead to process improvements or be the start of business case creation for handling them in projects. Therefore, you’re aware of the impact of a change and can confidently share this information with logistics management. It is crucial that, besides understanding the operational flow, you understand the needs of the user of your analyses and create insights accordingly.

You will:

• Create analyses based on request and own initiative to improve logistical services;
• Monitor trends to prevent issues from happening and perform analyses to determine the impact of the trends;
• Track the impact of decisions or projects;
• Create LookML and SQL codes for new datasets or adjust current datasets to accommodate new or changed needs;
• Support and train others within the organization on how to create Looker dashboards and analyze data by using this tooling;
• Support in the development of a supply chain data coverage with knowledge about all used systems (like SAP ECC & SWP, ATPS, and others);

You have:

• HBO bachelor's/master's degree
• 3+ years of working experience in a similar role
• Advanced knowledge of SQL coding
• Ability to translate complex models and datasets into layman's terms
• Fluency in English
