As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you will provide support to our ambitious TA team with day to day activities. You’ll experience a steep learning curve on anything recruitment and people operations; either when you’re assisting our recruiters with their hiring process or deep-diving into our data and reporting, you’ll be at the forefront of it all. By being organized and efficient in your work, you'll create a seamless candidate experience. You'll maintain clear lines of communication with your team, hiring managers and candidates. You will join the team at our headquarters in Amsterdam for a period of 6 months, starting in February 2026.

What You’ll Do

  • You are our superglue, by partnering with the recruiters and respective hiring managers, you make sure stuff gets done when it needs to along the entire recruitment cycle.
  • Together with Learning & Development, Culture & Engagement and People Operations, you’ll partner on our intern program, bringing all TSH interns together and creating one connected community.
  • Your wizard-like organizational skills allow you to ensure our ATS and other support docs are kept up to date at all times.
  • You keep it cool when things don't go according to plan and are prepared to find a quick solution to solve the issue.
  • You are responsible for taking care of the team's shared mailbox

Who You Are

  • You're a student, currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in the direction of Human Resource Management, Psychology or Business Administration or Economics
  • Strong organisational skills and maintain extreme attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Multi-tasker, with a can-do attitude and a love for data & insights
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other Internet based systems
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • You will participate in different Talent Acquisition projects to improve quality of recruitment
