Do you see yourself working in an international environment, within a unique department, focusing on a hybrid hospitality concept?

Your Mission Should You Choose to Accept it…

The Social Hub is on a mission to build and upkeep a thriving global community of change makers. We partner up with like-minded brands and organizations to build and activate different branches of our brand, and we engage members within and surrounding our hubs with creative experiences & events.

We’re looking for a community, events, and membership intern to aid us in the Community team. This role offers a grand opportunity to develop yourself, working with a wide range of global stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will help us streamline and support internal projects, keep a structured workflow and support the regional programming manager (Northern Europe). On a daily basis, you will work closely from The Support Hub to aid the Connectors (Event & Community Managers) and Marketing & community Managers of our Northern European hubs.

You will join the team at our headquarters in Amsterdam for a period of 6-7 months, starting January 2026.

What You'll Do

  • Project support: Internal research, events & administration with a slight cross-over into quality and operational procedures
  • Data analysis: Conceptualizing event reports & highlights
  • Project management: Tracking deadlines, agendas, and taking charge of projects
  • Assistance to the community and events team: Answer questions and solve problems across multiple platforms related to events & reporting
  • Organization: Support team meetings by being a designated note-taker and/or planner
  • Event Audits: Attend community events and activations across different TSH locations
  • Research: Potential opportunities, outside-the-box solutions, interviews and round tables, etc. all related to building community, event strategies and membership.

Who You Are

  • MUST be enrolled in University or University of Applied Sciences (WO/HBO) as a student
  • MUST be fluent in English (written, and spoken); other European languages are a bonus
  • MUST be legally permitted to work and live in The Netherlands
  • MUST be available for a full-time internship and can work 40 hours/week
  • MUST be able to work from our Amsterdam based support hub.
  • MUST be flexible and willing to travel to our Dutch locations.
  • Has an eagerness to develop themselves in project management in an operational environment
  • Has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to address challenges and opportunities
  • Has problem-solving capabilities in terms of issues for a growing company
  • Cares for guests/partners experiencing The Social Hub and has true passion & alignment with our mission
  • Is a creative thinker and enjoys challenging the classic way of doing things
  • Is detail oriented and has and enjoy assessing data.

What We Offer

  • An amazing work environment with a fantastic vibe and lots of positive energy
  • On the job coaching and guidance
  • Monthly compensation for your internship (please note that travel costs are not reimbursed)
  • The opportunity to work and learn at a dynamic, young, international organisation; we’re a real game changer in the hospitality industry
  • The opportunity to work for a Certified B Corp® company that balances profit with positive impact, collaborating with organizations like Movement on the Ground and the TSH Talent Foundation to create meaningful change
  • A first glimpse into the world of Hospitality with one of the most innovative players in the market
  • Access to the amazing TSH facilities, including our awesome restaurant and gym. And did we mention you also get a discount on Hotel stays and Food and Drinks?
  • A wonderful workplace to call home with, dare we say it, fun colleagues

The Social Hub is much more than a hotel. In our boundary-blurring spaces we bring together a new generation of bold change-makers to connect, learn, stay, work, and play.
