Be part of progress: Join ASML’s Reverse Supply Chain Department as an Intern

ASML’s operations rely on data-driven insights and continuous improvement to maintain world-class performance. Within this context, the Reverse Supply Chain Department aims to empower its teams with real-time visibility into key metrics and a structured approach to managing change. As an intern, you will join this initiative to design interactive dashboards and build a digital tool that supports change requests, approvals, and tracking. This project offers a unique opportunity to combine analytics, UX design, and stakeholder engagement in a high-tech environment.

Your assignment

As an intern, you will contribute to both dashboard development and change management tooling. Key deliverables include:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting needs.
  • Design and build interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Develop a digital tool to manage change requests and improvement initiatives.
  • Integrate dashboards and tooling to enable seamless tracking and communication.
  • Conduct user testing and iterate based on feedback.
  • Document outcomes and deliver training materials for end users.

Your profile

To be a perfect match you:

  • Are a Bachelor or Master student in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Have experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire.
  • Possess basic programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and understand data integration.
  • Are familiar with UX/UI design principles and stakeholder communication.
  • Are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

This is a bachelor’s or master’s internship with a duration of at least 5 months, 32-40 hours per week (including a minimum of 4 days on-site in Veldhoven). The internship is set to start in February 2026.

Other requirements you need to meet:

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
  • Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
  • If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
