As an IP Attorney, you will be responsible for establishing, prosecuting, and maintaining patent rights in the field of lithography and patterning technology for the semiconductor industry. You will evaluate and mitigate patent risks from a worldwide perspective and handle IP-related projects.

For our Corporate Intellectual Property (CIP) department at the global headquarters in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, we are looking for a qualified European Patent Attorney (or someone close to becoming qualified). In this position, you will:

Skills
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
