The Promotional Campaign Manager drives commercial campaign planning and execution across all touchpoints, ensuring promotions are impactful, on-brand, and drive measurable sales uplift. The role bridges short-term sales activation with long-term brand building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the promotional calendar across online, retail, CRM, and social channels
  • Own campaign planning for discounts, gift-with-purchase, bundles, multi-buy, and category push activations
  • Ensure promotions are aligned with the brand positioning and creative standards while delivering commercial results
  • Analyze historical performance and consumer data to optimize promotion strategy and ROI
  • Work closely with Media Manager to ensure media activations amplify promotional periods effectively
  • Collaborate with channels such as CRM, Retail Ops, and E-commerce to guarantee consistent execution across all channels
  • Act as the commercial expert in campaign briefs, ensuring clear propositions and measurable sales KPIs
  • Drive a test & learn culture, piloting innovative sales activations and sharing learnings with the wider marketing team

Profile Requirements:

  • 5–7 years’ experience in trade marketing, promotional marketing, or retail marketing
  • Proven track record of delivering sales impact through promotions
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with campaign data and ROI modeling
  • Creative problem-solver with a commercial mindset
  • Collaborative team player with strong project management skills
