Product Tech-Support Engineer

Hikvision Europe B.V. is now looking for a Product Tech-Support Engineer in Hoofddorp, for our Non – Video Product Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for technical support throughout the project lifecycle, including requirement analysis, technical communication, and solution design.
• Provide on-site support during installation and commissioning; troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with China HQ support and R&D teams.
• Deliver technical training to regional colleagues and customers to enhance product knowledge and competency.
• Conduct solution testing, compile test reports, and work with product managers on product introduction and promotion.

Job Requirements:

• Fast learner with strong interest in new technologies.
• Flexibility to work both on-site and in-office as needed.
• Strong collaboration skills across functions like Product, Sales, and R&D.
• Fluent in English and Chinese;
• Willingness to travel frequently.
