Sr. Finance Controller

Position Summary

• Secures a stable financial condition through cross-checking and inspection.

Role and Responsibilities

• Accounts receivable management: Understand and perform receivables-related tasks such as account master management, credit checks, credit line and security management, and receivable matching, following established processes.
• Fixed asset: Manage account books for asset acquisition, change management (transfer, sale, disuse), depreciation, and inventory. Determine whether expenditures are profit or capital based on investment plans.
• Accounts payable payment: Understand payment standards and processes. Manage contracts, verify, and propose payments.
• Revenue and expenditure and department operation expense management: Establish plans to pay department operation expenses incurred during work (including MyFinance expenditures for congratulations and condolences, business trip expenses, transportation fees, overseas business trips, and advance receipts) to employees' firm banking accounts. Perform daily closing.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experienced professional with a full understanding of specialized areas; able to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
• Works on problems of diverse scope, requiring analysis of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Receives little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments.
• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree, or a PhD without experience.
