Help shape the future direction of Emixa. As a Strategy Consultant within the Strategy Office, you translate vision into strategy and strategy into execution, working closely with the CEO and the Executive Team.

What you will do

Within the Strategy Office, you work directly with the CEO, the Executive Team, and other key stakeholders on strategic initiatives that define the direction, growth, and effectiveness of the organization. You act as a trusted advisor and right hand to leadership — structuring complex challenges, guiding initiatives, and delivering sharp analyses to support decision-making.

In practice, this means you will:

  • Accelerate and structure the realization of strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare insights for the Supervisory Board and the Executive Team on the effectiveness of our strategy.
  • Develop data-driven analyses on our strategic and commercial performance across different industries.
  • Analyze and solve critical business challenges, for example related to M&A integration, service line effectiveness, or growth projections.
  • Ensure strong process management and internal alignment between teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and facilitate strategic sessions and reviews, including storylines and decision papers.
  • Actively contribute to the development of strategic methodologies and ways of working within the Strategy Office.
  • Conduct market analyses per region, including improvement plans and recommendations.
  • Organize and coordinate the Strategic Planning Process with all countries and teams on a quarterly basis.

What you bring

  • Master’s degree level of thinking and working, preferably in economics, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in consulting, for example at boutique firms or strategy consulting companies.
  • Experience with projects in strategy, transformation, or organizational development.
  • Analytical ability: able to translate unstructured problems into clear analyses and actionable solutions.
  • Structuring and organizing: bringing clarity to complex initiatives and monitoring progress.
  • Storylining and communication: translating analyses into compelling proposals (slides, memos).
  • Consulting toolkit: hypothesis-driven thinking, facilitation of working sessions, stakeholder alignment.
  • Team player with leadership potential: collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Big-picture thinking, strategic awareness, proactivity, and accountability.
  • Curiosity and self-reflection.
