As the external face of Vanderlande, the Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic business opportunities in the warehousing domain. We are looking for a seasoned, commercially driven professional who thrives on building relationships, winning deals, and shaping long-term partnerships.
What will you be doing?
This is a high-impact role requiring independence, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate complex sales processes. You will lead client negotiations, manage project teams, and make key strategic decisions that directly contribute to our success in the Polish and broader European markets.
The Sales Manager develops and executes strategic sales plans, consistently achieving or exceeding order intake targets. Beyond delivering results, you will contribute to sales strategy development, mentor junior colleagues, and align initiatives with Vanderlande’s overall business objectives. With a sharp understanding of the market, you translate customer needs into tailored solutions, while influencing cross-functional decisions to strengthen our market positioning.
