About the Role

The Global Sales and Operations Strategy team drives growth and transformation within the Just Eat Takeaway sales organization. We achieve sales excellence by leading high-impact initiatives that optimize the end-to-end sales process across all markets.

The Sales Acceleration team, a part of this group, is the engine for measurable sales growth. We focus on increasing sales velocity and conversion, optimizing funnel performance using automation and AI, and ensuring repeatable, scalable sales processes for long-term growth.

As a Sales Acceleration Lead, you'll leverage your deep sales process expertise to set global best practices. You will manage complex, high-impact projects, owning the end-to-end diagnostics—from data collection and deep analysis to key recommendations. You will work directly with Country and Global sales leadership to operationalize these insights and deliver measurable improvements in key sales metrics.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role

You will serve as the center of excellence on initiatives that deliver tangible sales efficiencies on a global scale including all partner types (Enterprise, SMB) and partner verticals (Restaurants, Grocery, Retail), with a focus on:

  • Change Management: Architect and lead the adoption of new technologies and processes, including AI, advanced reporting, and integrated sales tools. You will be responsible for orchestrating the successful implementation and adoption of these changes across the global sales organization.
  • Sales Automation: Independently manage automation that enhance sales effectiveness, such as Automated Guided Selling, Unified Contracting, and AI-driven technology. You will oversee the end-to-end execution of these initiatives.
  • Sales Analytics: End to end responsible for data collection, insightful analysis and strong recommendation to pinpoint inefficiencies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Drive strategic alignment and build consensus with executive leadership and cross-functional partners (Legal, Product & Tech, Marketing, Customer Service, Data).
  • Tooling & Frameworks: Develop and deploy best-in-class tools and frameworks, like a centralized Sales Collateral Hub, to empower our sales teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a central hub, working closely with stakeholders across Legal, Product & Tech, Marketing, Customer Service, and Data to align on shared goals and remove roadblocks.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

You are an ambitious and driven thought leader ready to make a global impact. You bring:

  • Sales Expertise: Deep, specialized knowledge in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, with extensive experience leading complex, multinational programs from strategy to execution within the tech industry (food delivery is a plus).
  • Data and Analytical Skills: Expertise in leveraging data from multiple platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Google BigQuery, SQL, BI tools like Tableau or Looker) to build comprehensive reports that provide clear, actionable insights for executive leaders.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Exceptional skill in engaging and aligning a diverse range of stakeholders, from operational teams to executive leadership, to drive collaboration and consensus.
  • Digital & AI Expertise: Experience in identifying, implementing, and optimizing innovative digital solutions, including AI, agents, and automation tools to enhance self-serve experiences, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
