As a Team Lead EUV System Qualification, you’ll help shape the future of semiconductor technology. You’ll lead a team responsible for qualifying our NXE systems—ensuring they meet the highest standards before delivery. The EUV Factory is responsible for the production and installation of EUV wafer scanners and sources. Within this sector, the Manufacturing department EF MF SQ focuses on calibrating and qualifying NXE systems before shipment.

As a Team Lead EUV System Qualification, you’ll manage a team of engineers and ensure smooth operations in a high-tech, fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with cross-sector stakeholders to deliver quality systems to our customers.

As a Team Lead EUV System Qualification, you report to the Group Lead System Qualification and support the System Qualification department. You’ll work in a cleanroom environment with occasional office-based tasks. The role follows a 5-shift schedule: two morning shifts (07:00–15:30), two evening shifts (15:00–23:30), two night shifts (23:00–07:30), followed by four days off.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
