The Reuse & Repair (R&R) sector is a dynamic and evolving part of ASML, focused on maximizing the value of returned parts through repair, reuse, or responsible disposal. Within this sector, the R&R Analytics team provides insights into process performance, repair success rates, and data governance. As Copilot ambassadors, the team is committed to accelerating the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot tools to enhance productivity and collaboration. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to that mission while gaining visibility and impact in a high-growth environment.

Your assignment

You will help accelerate the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the Reuse & Repair sector, while supporting analytics initiatives within the team.

Key deliverables include:

• Supporting the rollout of Copilot training and onboarding materials
• Analyzing adoption metrics and user feedback to identify gaps and opportunities
• Creating and maintaining prompt libraries and use case documentation
• Facilitating Copilot demo sessions and peer learning activities
• Collaborating with ambassadors and change experts to tailor adoption strategies
• (Optional) Supporting analytics tasks using Python or Spotfire

Your profile

To be a perfect fit for this assignment, you:

• Are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Analytics, Data Science, AI, or a related field
• Have tangible affinity with AI and digital transformation
• Are familiar with Microsoft 365 tools and basic data analysis
• Are communicative, proactive, and eager to learn
• Are comfortable presenting ideas and engaging with stakeholders

This is an internship (non-thesis) for a minimum duration of 5 months, 4-5 days per week (minimum 2-3 days on-site in Veldhoven). This internship is scheduled to start in February 2026.

Other requirements you need to meet:

• You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
• Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
• You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
• If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
