citizenM is looking for an energetic, genuine, and passionate citizen willing to join our Learning & Development team for an exciting internship opportunity.

The selected candidate will support citizenM’s purpose of building a great place of work where talented people want to be through culture-focused engagement opportunities. You will work collaboratively with the employee value proposition team and the L&D team.

Main tasks

• Support the coordination of our on-and offline learning initiatives, including planning and preparation of training materials
• Be the first point of contact for the global L&D team and redirect requests to L&D specialists
• Assist in culture and employee experience projects to further enhance employee experience & engagement
• Support internal L&D communication
• Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of training tools and materials

Qualifications/skills

• Available for six months, starting January/February 2026
• Enrolled as a student at a university or HBO studies for the entire duration of the internship
• Smart thinker with a passionate attitude for people & potential
• Empathetic and genuinely care for people
• Community and collaborative thinker
• Gifted at giving and receiving feedback
• Fluent in English, spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus
• Ambitious, motivated, eager to learn, and most importantly, you have fun while doing it!
