Our Client Delivery teams are responsible for delivering a high-end, flawless client experience. As soon as our Commercial teams close a new contract, the Client Delivery team steps in to ensure we go live as fast as possible with the relevant content, the right trainers for the right client, and acts as the first point of contact for all client queries.

We’re looking for a Planning Specialist to support our growing Planning team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning trainers, actors, and locations that best fit the client and program. You will also assist our Program team in setting up programs in our app and coordinating essential communications with trainers and learners.

What you’ll bring

  • 1+ years of experience in an operations, planning, or customer support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric mindset that ensures you understand and anticipate client needs.
  • A natural problem solver, able to quickly grasp issues and identify effective solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, action-driven, and comfortable navigating ambiguous situations.
  • Fluent in English. Speaking Dutch, German, or French is a plus.

Your first-year achievements

  • Plan and assign trainers, actors, and locations that best match the client's needs and the program's objectives.
  • Manage urgent reschedules and cancellations, ensuring timely and appropriate actions are taken.
  • Successfully set up programs in our app.
  • Coordinate all learner communications, ensuring that they are fully prepared for their session.
  • Provide support to clients on all logistical queries.
  • Ensure consistency in the way of working across processes.
  • Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the client experience.
  • Analyze trainer ratings and take appropriate actions to maintain high-quality standards in our training sessions.
