Team Lead of Financial & ESG Reporting
Adyen is looking for a Financial & ESG Reporting Team Lead within the Global Reporting team in Amsterdam. This role reports directly to the Global Head of Reporting and will lead a growing team responsible for Adyen’s internal and external Financial and ESG reporting.
The core focus of this team is to ensure transparent, reliable and automated reporting in a constantly growing organisation and evolving landscape. The team lead will work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Regulators, while also engaging with senior leadership across the business.
Your challenge will be to set the strategy and lead the team through scaling complexity. This includes: driving compliance with ever-evolving financial and sustainability standards and regulations; overseeing the preparation of Adyen’s Financial statements and ESG disclosures; building strong cross-functional partnerships; and supporting and inspiring the team.
You will also collaborate closely with other reporting leads, aligning on global objectives and supporting initiatives across broader reporting initiatives.
