What you’ll do

You will join a newly forming Customer Success Tech team. As a hands-on manager and leader of this team, you will, together with your colleagues:

1. Create a more efficient and intelligent workplace for human agents by automating repetitive manual work and providing intelligent tooling.
2. Reduce human-handled customer questions by automating the handling of incoming questions via app, web, call, or mail.
3. Create a more intelligent central routing solution to direct customers to the best possible channel or agent based on customer variables, actualities, and other indicators.
4. Create the best possible voicebot linked to CoPilot Studio, providing self-service and intelligent routing.
5. Be actively involved in creating a better, more efficient, and mostly automated customer service.

The team will utilize the latest GenAI and other solutions from Microsoft and other partners to realize the dream of agentic customer service.

Our platforms are meticulously constructed using .NET Core and Azure DevOps, offering you the freedom to leverage a range of tools that best suit the task at hand – such as Kubernetes, Kafka, and more. Is this about you?

• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in both .NET and Azure tooling are a must.
• Big bonus if you have experience with Microsoft GenAI tooling, such as AI Foundry.
• Desired experience: CRM, Genesys CX Cloud, Dynamics 365, MS Power Platform.
• Experience in developing scalable, high-performance applications in Azure.
• Experience working in ADO (Azure DevOps) is important as the CI/CD environment is built in this and works fully automatically.
• Proven experience leading and coaching engineering teams or individuals.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• You have to be based in the Netherlands to apply for this opportunity.

You’ll be responsible for

• Remain hands-on with backend engineering, integration, and DevOps tasks.
• Collaborate effectively within cross-functional product teams to architect and deliver exceptional backend solutions using .NET Core and Azure DevOps.
• Lead and coach a team of backend engineers, data scientists, and machine learning engineers, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Ensure best practices in software engineering, DevOps, and integration are followed.
• Oversee delivery and release management, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and execute the product roadmap.

As you come aboard, you'll seamlessly integrate into our backend team and join the platform or one of the product teams. While building solutions for your team, you will always keep in mind the quality and performance of backend applications across Eneco's digital platforms. This involvement not only reinforces your role within the product team but also extends your influence to enhance the broader backend standards across all digital realms, fueling our ongoing technological progress.

What we have to offer

Gross annual salary between €95.000 and €140.000

Including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, and depending on your role a bonus or collective profit sharing. Have it paid out, use it to buy extra holiday days or save it up for something nice, it's up to you.

Hybrid working: home, office or abroad: Work 40% at the office, 40% from home, and 20% flexibly. With manager approval, you may work abroad (within approved countries) up to 3 weeks/year, max 2 consecutively.
