IoT Connectivity Lead Developer

About the Role

As the IoT Connectivity Lead Developer, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance IoT solutions. You will work closely with both onshore and offshore development teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery across time zones and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of our Azure-based IoT platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and delivery roadmaps.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Guide and mentor developers across distributed teams.
• Drive integration with enterprise systems and data pipelines.
• Champion best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in IoT platform development, ideally with Azure IoT solutions and Embedded SDKs.
• Experience with programming in C# .NET.
• Strong understanding of MQTT, PKI and TLS, socket programming, and device provisioning.
• Affinity with embedded systems and microcontroller-based architectures.
• Familiarity with connectivity stacks supporting Zigbee and Matter.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
