As an Exchange On Prem Administrator in the Collaboration squad, your work is varied. The day starts with a brief standup, where ongoing tasks are discussed and aligned. The department and team work according to the Agile way of working and SCRUM framework. Throughout the week, you focus on the sprint together with your squad. As a domain expert, you are able to transform business needs into working solutions. You play a role in implementing and managing the email environment and ensuring successful implementation. Preferably, you have experience in environments where security and standardization are very important. You can work out solutions and transfer them into releasable products.

You are responsible for the technical support and management of products such as:

• Microsoft Exchange
• Cisco IronPort
• Bitdefender GravityZone

For the relatively new Collaboration squad, we are looking for a technical administrator with knowledge of Microsoft Exchange On Premise. This Collaboration squad is responsible for a broad variety of products and services related to collaboration. Your new squad is also part of the Collaboration tribe of the whole Thales group. The tribe is responsible for the Collaboration platforms within Thales.

Exchange On Prem Beheerder

Jouw werk als Exchange On Prem Beheerder bij het Collaboration team is gevarieerd. De dag begint met een korte stand-up, waar we de lopende taken bespreken en hoe we deze op elkaar kunnen afstemmen. Zowel binnen de afdeling als binnen het team werken wij volgens de Agile way of working en het SCRUM framework. Gedurende de week concentreer je je op de sprint waar je samen met je team aan werkt. Als domeinexpert ben je in staat om bedrijfsbehoeften om te zetten in werkende oplossingen. Je hebt een rol in het implementeren en beheren van de emailomgeving en zorgt ervoor dat de implementatie een succes wordt. Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring opgedaan in omgevingen waar ook beveiliging en standaardisatie erg belangrijk zijn. Je kunt oplossingen uitwerken en omzetten in losbare producten.

Jij bent samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor de technische ondersteuning en het beheer van producten zoals:

• Microsoft Exchange On prem
• Cisco IronPort
• Bitdefender GravityZone

Je nieuwe team maakt ook deel uit van de Collaboration-tribe van de hele Thales-groep. De tribe is verantwoordelijk voor de samenwerkingsplatformen binnen Thales.
