Happiness can be found in the smallest of things. Join us in turning everyday routines into more meaningful moments with your marketing skills.

You’re the kind of person who loves bringing order to complexity. As our new Operational Project Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of our growing Partnerships, Hospitality & Corporate Gifting team. At Rituals, our partnerships are expanding rapidly and we want our operations to grow just as seamlessly. You’ll take the lead in optimising processes, implementing smart digital improvements, and ensuring our team of Account Managers can focus on what they do best: building meaningful relationships and creating memorable gifting experiences.

In this role, you’ll act as the linking pin between our team, PMO, and BT (Business Technology). From Salesforce developments to new reporting tools, you’ll make sure every operational innovation is successfully rolled out across our global markets.

As our new Operational Project Specialist, you will:

  • Optimise and streamline processes within the Partnerships, Hospitality & Corporate Gifting team to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Take ownership of BT-related projects (e.g. Salesforce, order portals, dashboards), ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
  • Manage and improve our B2B Corporate Gifting website, keeping it engaging, user-friendly, and conversion-driven.
  • Act as the operational expert for our B2B gifting platform, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PMO, BT, Marketing, and Finance to translate business needs into clear process or system solutions.
  • Enhance communication flows, improving how we manage our client inbox and stakeholder interactions.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to empower our account managers.
  • Continuously identify improvement opportunities and champion cross-departmental alignment.

You’ll also bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or process optimisation ideally within retail or FMCG.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools, and a strong digital mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English (other European languages are a plus).

You’ll be part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team that builds long-term partnerships with hotels, airlines, and corporate clients across the world. Together, we’re creating a world-class B2B gifting operation that supports Rituals’ global growth, by empowering our commercial teams with smart processes, clear tools, and transparent data.
