With coverage in 150+ countries, 800+ airports, and more than 1,500 transfer companies in our network, Transferz is truly global. Our ambition is to become the market leader in ground transportation worldwide, and we are looking for a Supply Chain Intern to help us achieve this goal!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Destination Managers: Assist with building and maintaining strong relationships with local transfer companies. Collaborate on improving service quality and ensuring smooth daily operations. Help manage a portfolio of destinations by supporting coverage and capacity planning.
• Operational Analytics: Analyze daily operations data, including ride volumes, quality performance, and pricing configurations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support process improvement initiatives.
• Quality Management: Collaborate with the team to track and improve customer satisfaction metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS). Work on measures to elevate the quality of transfer services.
• Newsletter: Write the communications to our local transfer companies for them to be aware of Transferz’s changes.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Studying Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent studies
• 🇳🇱 Based in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, Randstad, Utrecht area)
• 🧩 A problem-solving, get-things-done attitude
• 📊 Data analysis experience is a plus
• 🖥️ Experience working with Excel
• 📅 Available full-time (40 hours a week)
