IT Operations Analyst

Role Summary

As an IT Operations Analyst, you'll be instrumental in coordinating critical IT operations, improving processes, and contributing to reliable service delivery across the organization. Your expertise will help maintain operational excellence while identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency gains that support our business objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• Take direct responsibility for one or more specific domains within IT Operations, and take on additional responsibilities as requested by the IT Operations Manager.
• Ensure that current and accurate information about IT services is consistently recorded and maintained in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and other relevant repositories.
• Alert the IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance Manager to any activities that are non-compliant or pose IT risks.
• Collaborate with the IT Operations Manager to maintain and refine SOPs, proactively suggesting enhancements to optimize operational processes.
• Provide relevant data to support the creation and maintenance of the IT Operations dashboard.

Your Profile

With 5+ years of experience in IT Operations management, service management, or project leadership, you bring proven knowledge and application of ITIL principles. Your experience documenting and improving IT processes and SOPs is complemented by practical project management expertise, particularly in areas like IAM, IT Security, or Service Management tooling. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or Mathematics forms your educational foundation, ideally enhanced with ITIL certification (additional certifications like CGEIT, CISSP, PMP, or Prince2 are welcome).

You communicate fluently in English, with Dutch and/or French skills considered an advantage. Your strong analytical mindset enables you to transform complexity into clarity, while excellent stakeholder management skills help you connect effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. You're proactive, solution-oriented, innovative, reliable, and transparent in your approach.
