ASML Customer Support (CS) services a global installed base of thousands of machines in a 24x7 operation with over 10,000 employees worldwide. The D&E DUV Global Support Center (GSC) is the third line support organization for all DUV platforms, located in the Netherlands, Taiwan, and USA. Your assignment will take place within the department in the Netherlands.
Your Assignment
Within and under guidance of the GSC team, you will be conducting data analysis to detect early warning signals, which could indicate that specific machines are trending towards thresholds and therefore “nominated” for (more) pro-active investigation. You will create models using Python and Kusto query language, helping us with proactive warnings and early heads-up. This is a unique opportunity to look behind the scenes of and contribute to our global support organizations. Work with us to establish direction for future success of ASML D&E GSC and Customer Support.
Your Profile
This assignment is for 3 days a week during approximately 7 months, and you are able to join us by end of March 2026.
