Introduction

Are you an expert in system integration / system extensibility? We are looking for a Business Process Analyst (BPA) with a strong go-getter mentality including willingness to perform hands-on activities, who can be the link between business and IT. Come aboard and be part of one of the most technically developed companies in the world.

Role and responsibilities

You are responsible for the translation of business demands into concrete, state-of-the-art IT solutions. You will guide the business community in defining business requirements and transferring these requirements into high quality IT solutions. These IT solutions will in most cases be SAP focused. You will work in a scaled agile environment (SAFe) where you will support the Agile Release Train (ART) “Digital Asset Management” (DAM) in delivering epics, features, and user stories.

  • You are energized by translating business requirements & processes to IT system solutions (predominantly SAP). You will make sure the solution fits ASML target architecture by collaborating with the system architect.
  • You can translate these business requirements into the right functional IT specifications and IT solution direction. This means you create the functional design and contribute to the architectural roadmap.
  • You can customize, test and train key users.

As BPA you are responsible for:

  • Integration over the different systems (SAP-ECC, SAP S4HANA, SAP BTP);
  • Integration of front-end applications with SAP backend;
  • Extensibility of the S4HANA and SAP BTP systems;
  • Equipment, Equipment hierarchy and Equipment BoM;
  • Asset Management;
  • Configuration Management.

Education and experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in a discrete manufacturing industry (complex products, low volumes), including system integration in general;
  • Ability to document, validate, and translate business requirements into functional IT specifications (Functional Design, RICEF, Customization Request);
  • Ability to document processes (“As Is” & “To Be”) and to assist development of a business case (including a breakdown of the IT cost);
  • Experience with SAP system integration (SAP-ECC, SAP S4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP BNAC);
  • Experience with SAP extensibility (SAP S4HANA, SAP BTP);
  • Master’s degree in information technology or business administration with proven experience in complex processes.

Personal Skills

  • Strong customer focus, result-oriented and drive for excellence;
  • Excellent communication skills in English, preferably also in Dutch;
  • Proactive and enthusiastic;
  • Able to deal with resistance;
  • Ability to influence without power;
  • A demonstrated ability to perform in high-pressure environments;
  • Well-developed consultancy skills with a strong go-getter mentality including willingness to perform hands-on activities;
  • Team player.

Context of the position

You will work in the IT organization in the ART Digital Asset Management, working on the creation of a single repository that holds all equipment relevant data for configuration registration and configuration validation. The ART is part of the IT Operations Solution Delivery department responsible for providing IT solutions that support ASML sectors like sales, planning, sourcing, logistics, manufacturing, configuration management and customer support.

We provide state-of-the-art facilities, opportunities to develop your talents, international career opportunities, a stimulating and inspiring environment, and most of all, the dedication of a company that recognizes and rewards extraordinary performance.
