We play a key role in shaping how IT & Data communicates internally, ensuring that messages are clear, timely, and aligned with organizational goals. Our mission is to foster transparency, engagement, and collaboration throughout the IT & Data organization.

Your assignment

As IT & Data continues to grow, effective communication becomes increasingly critical. We are looking for a proactive and creative communications professional with an all-around, can-do mentality to support and enhance our internal communications strategy. You will play a key role in improving how we share information, engage stakeholders, and increase the visibility of our team across the organization. Examples of your responsibilities include:

  • Newsletter management: Support the creation and distribution of the IT & Data Newsletter and OCIO Newsletter, ensuring content is timely and engaging.
  • Event communication support: Organize and promote IT & Data events in collaboration with other teams.
  • IT AHM (All Hands Meeting): Coordinate communications and logistics for IT & Data-wide meetings.
  • Digital platforms: Maintain and update content on internal platforms such as the MyASML intranet, Viva Engage, SharePoint, and the internal ASML TV’s.
  • Leadership engagement: Organize and promote informal engagement sessions like Coffee talks and Lunches with the IT & Data Management team.
  • Internal Communications: Draft and distribute internal communications such as organizational changes, updates, and announcements via email.
  • Project support: Contribute to new communication initiatives and campaigns that enhance team visibility and knowledge sharing.

Your profile

To be the perfect match for this job, you:

  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communications, Media, IT, or a related field.
  • Have a strong affinity and affection with IT.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in both written and spoken English.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Are enthusiastic and pro-active in your approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.

ASML: be part of progress

ASML is a high-tech company headquartered in the Netherlands. We manufacture the complex lithography machines that chipmakers use to produce integrated circuits, or computer chips. What we do is at the heart of all the electronic devices that keep us informed, entertained and connected. Every day, you use electronics that simply wouldn’t exist without our machines.

Behind ASML’s innovations are engineers who think ahead. The people who work at our company include some of the most creative minds in physics, electrical engineering, mathematics, chemistry, mechatronics, optics, mechanical engineering, computer science and fields which are not technical oriented.

We believe we can always do better. We believe the winning idea can come from anyone. We love what we do – not because it’s easy, but because it’s hard.

We're moving technology forward
In fact, we’re probably a part of the electronic device you’re using right now. Our lithography technology is fundamental to mass producing semiconductor chips. With it, the world’s top chipmakers are creating microchips that are more powerful, faster and energy efficient.
