As a Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You coordinate teams, manage resources, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes efficiently and effectively.

You will be working within the technical department, managing a diverse portfolio of small to medium-sized projects. These projects typically range from one week up to approximately six months, with budgets varying between €10,000 and €1 million.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate technical projects focused on improving existing equipment, introducing and commissioning new machinery, and managing building-related projects — all delivered within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain detailed project plans, including activities, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Act as the main point of contact when multiple teams are involved in the same project, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings to promote effective communication and information sharing among team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and take action to prevent or minimize them when needed.
  • Lead project evaluations and capture key learnings to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all project participants adhere to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations at all times.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working and thinking level in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Dutch is a plus.
