As a Business Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance, governance, and transformation initiatives across our Life, Health & Wealth portfolio. You will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, ensuring that strategy, operations, and reporting come together seamlessly.

Role Summary

In this dynamic position, you will support the Head of Life, Health & Wealth with strategic projects, governance processes, and business performance reviews. Your work will provide senior management with the insights, coordination, and decision support needed to steer the portfolio successfully. From preparing leadership meetings and reporting cycles to leading cross-functional projects, you will help deliver long-term growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Governance & Reporting: Organise and coordinate leadership meetings, ensuring clear agendas, reports, and follow-up actions.

  • Performance Reviews: Consolidate financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for management.

  • Project Management: Lead or support strategic projects such as modernisation, digital transformation, or operational redesign.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key link between senior leadership, finance, operations, and product teams across Belgium and the Netherlands.

  • Market & Strategy Input: Monitor portfolio trends, market developments, and global strategy, preparing input for senior management discussions.

  • People & Culture: Support initiatives such as employee surveys, offsites, and team engagement events.

Your Profile

You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who enjoys working at the intersection of business, finance, and operations. You combine strong analytical skills with excellent organisational and communication abilities. Ideally, you have experience in insurance, financial services, or management consulting, and you are comfortable managing complex processes in an international environment. Fluency in English is required; Dutch and/or French are valuable assets.
