As a Strategy Manager/Senior Manager in the International Region Strategy team, you will lead strategic workstreams that drive cross-regional alignment, unlock and boost growth, and improve execution across diverse markets. This role requires strategic depth, strong stakeholder engagement, and a hands-on approach to solving challenges in highly heterogeneous market environments.

Your role:

  • Lead the development of regional strategy for selected markets, initiatives, or specific/cross-BU topics, aligning with global priorities and local execution realities.
  • Drive key analyses and insight generation to inform strategic choices, including market assessments, competitive intelligence, opportunity sizing, and business modeling.
  • Partner with regional leaders, functional teams, and Business Units to co-develop implementation roadmaps and ensure effective execution of strategic plans.
  • Translate corporate strategic directions into actionable regional workstreams, ensuring alignment across functions and Zones (Europe and Growth).
  • Actively contribute to strategic portfolio reviews, governance forums, and business planning cycles.

You're the right fit if:

  • You bring 6–8 years of experience in strategy roles, ideally including time in a top-tier consulting firm and/or corporate strategy team within healthcare, MedTech, or life sciences.
  • You are skilled in structuring complex problems, managing stakeholders, and delivering clear, data-driven recommendations.
  • You understand regional market dynamics and have worked in multi-country contexts where localization and agility are key.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and can influence cross-functional and cross-cultural teams without formal authority.
  • You combine strategic thinking with execution drive, and you thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced, and mission-driven environment.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
