Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Performance
    • Lead the short-term business planning cycle and co-lead the long-term strategic planning with our Strategy & Insights team.

    • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to align priorities, set the agenda, and drive execution across functions.
    • Build strong relationships with our key business partner, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP – the bottling partner who produces, distributes, and sells our beverages in market).
  • Business & Market Execution
    • Be the main entry point for customer discussions, tenders, and joint initiatives with CCEP.
    • Regularly review and challenge execution metrics (sales KPIs, market performance indicators, customer standards).
    • Visit the market frequently to ensure plans are implemented effectively and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Represent the Netherlands business needs and priorities within the wider Western Europe commercial team.
  • Commercial Partnerships & Projects
    • Ensure global customers like McDonald’s are fully integrated into local market plans.
    • Represent the voice of Dutch consumers and customers in all system discussions.
    • Support high-impact strategic projects (e.g., new partnerships, regulatory changes, route-to-market evolution, equipment initiatives).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years in a CPG organization responsible for direct sales, key account or franchise management with P&L responsibility.

  • Experience with annual business planning, forecasting, customer and distributor management, and a track record for delivering positive revenue results.
