In this internship, you will be responsible for conducting research and evaluating risks in coffee processing facilities across our industrial operations. You’ll collaborate closely with quality colleagues in both central and factory functions to support standardization efforts within the JDE facility network. This role provides hands-on experience in quality and food safety assessment, risk analysis, and the development of protocols and best practices driven by a science-based approach.
Your key activities will be:

Here's what we're looking for:
Academic Program: You are enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in Food Technology/Science/Quality/Food Safety/Chemical Engineering or related subjects.
Skillset: You possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English – Having some similar hands-on experience with food research activities is always a benefit.
Personal traits: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 5 months to this internship, preferably from March 2026 to August 2026
Availability: You can join the internship for 5 days per week, including four days in-office and one day remotely, ensuring an ideal balance between collaboration and independence.
