Are you an active student in the Amsterdam area looking to take your first steps in the Learning & Development field? This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work with one of our crucial Dutch clients, and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

As a Training Host, you will join a team of two other experienced hosts to ensure our training sessions run smoothly and successfully. You will be the go-to person for creating a welcoming environment, supporting trainers, and making sure participants have the best possible learning experience.

We are looking for someone who can start in mid-October and is eager to onboard quickly through dedicated sessions with our Support and CSM Teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the delivery of high-quality training sessions by hosting and coordinating logistics.
  • Welcome participants and trainers, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed.
  • Provide practical support during sessions (e.g., guiding participants through the Lepaya App, checking materials, ensuring smooth flow).
  • Act as a point of contact for participants’ questions before, during, and after sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with trainers, CSMs, and the Support Team to ensure flawless execution.

Who You Are

  • Currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in the Amsterdam area.
  • Excited about L&D and motivated to gain your first professional experience in the field.
  • Strong communicator, comfortable interacting with professionals and learners at all levels.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly in dynamic training environments.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).

What We’re Looking For in Your Background

  • Experience in hospitality, event support, student associations, or customer service is a plus.
  • Some exposure to educational settings, facilitation, or training environments is a bonus, but not required - we’ll help you get up to speed.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (Zoom, Teams, or similar) is preferred.

What We Offer

  • A chance to work directly with one of our key Dutch clients and gain valuable L&D experience.
  • Onboarding and training provided by our Support and CSM Teams to set you up for success.
  • A flexible role that fits well alongside your studies.
  • A supportive, international team environment where you can grow your skills.
