Your role in our network
As a Financial Analyst within the Corporate FP&A department, you are responsible for supporting the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team in the preparation of key reporting deliverables to several stakeholders (Executive Leadership Team, Senior Management, Investors, etc.). In this position, you will be able to discover Bunge’s global network working closely with field offices in several countries around the world with the main focus on the Merchandising & Milling segment. You will be located in the Rotterdam office.
- Assist in preparation of monthly results analysis, understanding differences versus forecast, prior year and trends; highlighting risks and opportunities and distributing a snapshot of key information to Bunge’s ELT and other key stakeholders
- Liaise with Value Chain Finance Partners and Corporate Functions as necessary
- Continuously work to improve the performance management process, streamlining materials and tools to improve and streamline the deliverables and enhance the quality of the data
- Assist in the tracking of internal and external reporting metrics and KPIs including coordinating, building, and maintaining reporting hierarchies to align with an evolving organizational structure
- Creating and developing templates for data collection, presentation tools, trackers and performance dashboards to meet performance management requests
- Contributing to strategic presentations for internal stakeholders (ELT, FLT and other senior management) such as business reviews, strategic plans, market trend & sectorial analysis, as well as responding to a wide range of management inquiries
- Preparing and updating sectorial analysis, materials, and information

Who are we looking for?
- Strong analytical skills and ability to comprehend and work within a complex and dynamic business environment
- Knowledge of Accounting & Financial performance
- Confident and clear communication skills – both written and oral presentation
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience with OneStream is a plus
- Experience with data visualization, analytics and presentation tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus
- Fluent in English, native or highly proficient level (spoken and written)
