Internship: Global Quality Performance Data

In this internship, you will be part of the Global Quality and Food Safety (QFS) Performance team, within our Danone Operations business. Our purpose is to excel in Quality and Food Safety every day to deliver trust, efficiency, and pride across our value chain. During this internship, you will collaborate with global and regional QFS teams and coordinate/support on performance management and data automation initiatives.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Maintain and improve the KPI reporting tool by continuously monitoring the data, coordinating the automation of data extraction linked to OneSource System, getting feedback from users, properly identifying, and addressing issues, ensuring consistency and quality of data. Create or update training material whenever needed.
• Maintain the automation of the QFS Dashboard to minimize the manual work by keeping the Power BI up to date and properly linked to OneSource System and other sources of data.
• Collaborate with the KPI correlation process, by consolidating results, automatizing the data collection, and keeping the Power BI up to date.

About you

You are a bachelor’s or master’s student in data science, business analytics, or a related field with a strong data focus. You have solid knowledge of MS Office and Power BI, with experience in building dashboards—feel free to share your portfolio. You’re analytical, organised, and comfortable working with large datasets. You learn quickly, understand the role of Quality & Food Safety across Danone’s value chain, and bring proactive ideas and solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills help you align with diverse stakeholders.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
• Ideally available to start in January 2026 for a minimum of 12 months, 4-5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2 days per week.
