In this role, you collaborate with FCI & SN functions of SC, PPM, R&D, RA, Marketing and manufacturing locations, build quality design into business initiatives and processes to be able ensure compliance. You lead the business group Change Board. You support locations in audit readiness.

Vacancy description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead early‐stage assessments in HACCP, GMP, food safety and compliance for new business initiatives.
• Evaluate risks and facilitate mitigation plans to ensure compliant new product launches and market expansions.
• Coordinate gap assessments across FCI and SN functions, anticipate regulatory changes, and drive cross‐functional solutions.
• Establish and chair the integrated IFT/Pharma Change Board, ensuring effective change management and streamlined workflows.
• Collaborate with central audit teams and support manufacturing sites in achieving audit readiness.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports on Quality KPIs and continuous improvement actions.

Role Scope:

• Participate in FCI/SN business projects to deliver quality services for product development, registration and market growth.
• Partner with Supply Chain, PPM, R&D, Regulatory Affairs and Marketing teams to embed quality and compliance from project inception.
• Lead quality and compliance efforts at the earliest stages to guarantee initiative success.
